3. How is B.R.O. ensuring the safety of customers and employees? We have implemented new policies, including twice-daily sanitization, to ensure the safety of both our customers and employees. Our dedicated team is working tirelessly to meet your needs during these challenging times.

4. Why is glutathione in limited supply? Due to high demand, our supply of glutathione is limited. We are making every effort to meet the demand while maintaining the highest quality standards.

5. What is the significance of the B.R.O. acronym? B.R.O. stands for Board Room Organics, representing our commitment to providing premium products.

6. Why is dry ice used, and when is it necessary? Dry ice is used for certain shipments but is mostly unnecessary from June 14th through September. It is employed when needed to preserve product integrity during transit.

7. How are products preserved before shipping? Each product undergoes a thorough 10-point quality control process and is then flash-frozen using our proprietary technique. Additionally, products are carefully wrapped to extend their shelf life in the event of delayed delivery.

8. When can I expect my order to be shipped? All orders are processed for shipment either on the same day or the next, depending on the time of the order. We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
